Yes! Every item is handmade and carefully assembled with love and attention to detail. Because each piece is handcrafted, slight variations may occur, making every item uniquely yours.


✨ Can I personalize my notebook?

Absolutely! Many of our products can be personalized with a name or custom text.

Please enter your personalization exactly as you'd like it printed.


✨ Will you fix spelling mistakes?

We print names exactly as they are entered during checkout.

Please carefully review your personalization before placing your order.

We are not responsible for customer-entered spelling, punctuation, capitalization, or grammar errors.


✨ Can I change my personalization after ordering?

If your order has not entered production, we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Once production has begun, changes cannot be guaranteed.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a correction.


✨ Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because our products are personalized and made to order, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to:

  • Customer-entered personalization errors
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect product selection

If your order arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we'll gladly assist you.

Shipping time begins after your order has been completed.
